About Once Around The Kitchen

Once Around The Kitchen is a small woman owned company that creates preserves and provisions using locally grown ingredients. started in 2020 by Dré Glass, Once Around The Kitchen uses original recipes to create hot sauces, jams, jellies, pickles, and spice blends.  Dre grows all of the peppers for the hot sauces, and sources all of the fruits and vegetables from small farmers in Louisiana, and near by Mississippi. With the exception of the Hot Honey, all of Once Around The Kitchen’s products are vegan and gluten free.  We don’t use any commercial pectin in our fruit jams. 

The goal of Once Around The Kitchen is to provide a special and sustainable product at an accessible price while contributing to other small businesses in the community. Here at Once Around The Kitchen, we believe that food is a right not a privilege and that quality healthy food should be available to all.
